Director of Operations and Supply Chain - Functional Ingredients

We are looking for a Director of Operations and Supply Chain for a privately held, debt-free company in the dietary supplements and ingredients space. The Director is responsible for implementing, leading and optimizing operational processes and supply chain management. This role is 100% virtual with limited travel.

The ideal candidate has worked in small to medium-sized CPG companies and has some combination of supplement, ingredient, food& beverage and/or contract manufacturing industry experience. This person has proven success in fast-growth, entrepreneurial ventures and holds steady long enough to reap the rewards.  

If you have:

• At least 5 years of operations management
• 8-10+ years of supply chain management for a one or more ventures in the nutritional ingredients, dietary supplements or food & beverage, natural or better-for-you CPG companies.
• Thrive in an entrepreneurial environment. 
• Currently live in the Mid-West or the East Coast - and, most of all ready to take on this highly impactful position.
