The Director of Customer Marketing is a key role in the Sales
This position will have responsibilities spanning:
1) Customer planning and management
2) Business analysis and process development
3) Sales representation with key company processes
Requirements:

Minimum of 10 years' experience in CPG/health and wellness categories in sales/trade marketing/shopper marketing.

Experience managing trade spending.

Work effectively with both internal cross functional teams and customers.

driven , creative and able to comfortably deal with changing environments. -
Entrepreneurial orientation and be comfortable working in a lean
organization with limited resources. -
A self-starter who is comfortable working autonomously; high energy level is essential.

Strong communication skills to inspire and lead peers while instilling confidence within the

Able to effectively resolve conflicts, while maintaining an ability to challenge thoughts and ideas.

Strong analytical and project management skills.

Flexible, have a strong sense of urgency and be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Understand and be comfortable with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc).

Knowledgeable and able to manipulate and extract information from internal software programs (i.e. SAP).

Knowledgeable of Nielsen/IRI and other syndicated research tools and display strong category management skills.

Proficient in forecasting, including existing products and new product launches.

Bachelors degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience.
