Are you an Online Marketing Executive with exceptional management skills?

In just 2 short years, our client has grown from a bootstrapped startup to a highly profitable natural health products company with 30 employees and over 170,000 customers. Headquartered near Denver/Boulder, Colorado, the company founders have utilized state-of-the-art marketing and e-commerce strategies to become one of the fastest growing natural health products companies on the web.

Due to our rapid expansion, we are ready to hire a senior marketing executive to grow and manage a diverse staff of online marketers. Our ideal candidate will have a history of marketing management success for a fast-growth, online consumer products brand. You will be a "hands-on" Vice President with exceptional cross-functional communication and project management skills.

We are very interested in candidates with at least of 10 years of combined online and B2C experience in organizations generating a minimum of $50 million in revenues, who have demonstrated exceptional management skills, brand sensibility and understanding of the consumer experience through all channels of direct distribution.

Responsibilities:

 ·        Grow and manage the marketing team.

·        Delegate responsibilities; communicate and enforce values, policies, and procedures; implement recruitment, selection, orientation, training, coaching, counseling, disciplinary, and communication programs; plan, monitor, appraise, and review job contributions; plan and review compensation strategies;

·        Develop, plan, execute and analyze all direct marketing campaigns for multiple sites, including landing pages, micro-sites, sponsorship content, acquisition and retention emails, etc.;

·        Monitor direct marketing operational strategies by evaluating trends; establishing critical measurements; determining production, productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies; designing direct marketing systems; accumulating resources; resolving problems; implementing change;

·        Drive Affiliate strategy and manage Agency relationships;

·        Identify, manage, negotiate and evaluate ongoing web marketing alliances and partnerships;

·        Utilize analytics to monitor site activity and drive strategic marketing decisions;

·        Interface closely with IT, Web Services, Direct team, Creative Services, Finance and Company owners on a regular basis;

·        Participate as a strategic partner in the development of the company’s long term plans.

Requirements:

·        Bachelor’s degree required. Master's degree desired;

·        Senior management experience at a company or division with a minimum of $50 million in revenues with an online brand in consumer packaged goods, food or nutraceuticals.

·        Strong direct and digital marketing expertise and documented success with a fast growing company in the direct-to-consumer sector;

·        Experience developing customer acquisition and customer retention programs from the ground up;

·        Strong creative services background, including brand planning, creative brief development and managing creative teams/vendors;

·        Strong database marketing/CRM experience;

·        Very strong email marketing experience, including design, implementation, segmentation strategy, messaging, multi-variate testing, etc.;

·        Strong data analytics skills and experience working with business intelligence teams.

·        Experience managing a team of marketing staff required;

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

·        Demonstrated ability to communicate issues and recommendations persuasively and effectively to key stakeholders;

·        Demonstrated stakeholder collaboration experience, with the ability to quickly develop and manage both internal and external relationships and contacts.
