As we enter the new year, it is a time for thoughtful reflection of what was accomplished and achieved in 2012. Because of this milestone, January can be a common time of year when individuals ponder where they are in their career and where they would like to be.  It is a leader’s responsibility to provide a motivating and challenging path for employees, and creating a multi-faceted learning environment is essential to fulfilling that responsibility.  The coaching challenge?  How do you connect with varying learning styles spanning multiple generations, and do so in the limited amount of time that we have?

The January/February issue of the SRA Update features a variety of best practices to help you and your leadership team solve The Coaching Challenge.
